Built during the period of the French Revolution, the house has been renovated to retain its' character, with wooden beams throughout. It is very comfortable with a number of modern conveniences including; microwave oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and gas cooker. There is modern central heating, boiler, a TV (not terestial)/DVD & Video together with a stereo/radio cassette, table tennis and many indoor games.
The accommodation consists of 3 large double bedrooms with total sleeping for 7 (9 including baby's cot) 2 comfortable (orthopaedic) double beds (upon request 1 can be easily separated into 2 singles see “www.orthobed.com”), 1 room with twin singles (which can fit together like a double bed) there is also a large double sofa bed in the living room and a single folding bed. The living room is very large with a wonderful log fire. The conservatory leads to the spacious garden. There is a large bathroom, with shower, a toilet, kitchen and plenty of parking space for cars.
