CHARGES FOR NAMPONT

The property is of high quality and very comfortable, we are letting to help contribute to its costs, not to make a profit.

It is our holiday home and is treated with T.L.C.

Nampont Weekly Rates for 2009

Low Season: January, February, November	£495
Mid Season: March, April, May, June September	£600
High Season: July, August	£800

Weekends/Heating

There is an extra heating charge of £5.00 a day between October and April. Change over day is saturday. Bookings for long weekends in low season is welcomed.

Discount Travel

Booking this property entitles you to obtain significant discounts on cross-channel travel. Please complete the appropriate box on the booking form.

Deposit

To book Nampont you will need to complete the booking form and send a 25% deposit, with the balance due (without reminder) 2 months before the holiday starts. We attempt to re-let cancellations and will re-imburse if we can. There is a security deposit of £75.00 which should be paid with the balance, this will be returned after your holiday.

Extensive details of the house, directions upon how to get there, keys etc, local facilities will be sent to you after receipt of the final balance payable 6 weeks before the let.
